Being Active

Being active is always a way to prevent your body from getting cancer. Research has shown that physical activity reduces risk of colon cancer by about 50 percent, and it plays a role in lowering risk of other cancers. its as simple as instead of taking the elevator take the stairs, instead of driving, ride a bike or walk. try to treat your body right and you will have a lower risk at getting any type of cancer.
